アンクルバンドが膝痛、腰痛、肩こりなどにもおすすめな理由

Why ankle bands are recommended for knee pain, lower back pain, stiff shoulders, etc.

Good evening

I'm Mizunoe, who came to work this morning freezing wearing only a long T-shirt under my down jacket. I was making fun of today's cold, lol.

Today, instead of writing news-like content, I'm going to write something blog-style for the first time in a while.
I used to write frequently on the Takeshi Orthopedic Clinic blog, so it feels nostalgic to write a blog like this again lol

I have been working in this medical treatment industry ever since I obtained the national qualification as a Judo therapist in 1998, and I have noticed that there are some things that people with physical problems have in common.

It is common to many symptoms such as lower back pain, stiff shoulders, knee pain, tendonitis, hernias, sports injuries, muscle strains, and knee osteoarthritis.

That's because you're not using your abdominal muscles !

This doesn't mean it's weak, it's just that it's not being used, and it's not being used regularly.

is.

I've emphasized this a lot, but what they all have in common is that they are not being used.

The reason why I say this is because I have actually seen such a situation! That's all I can say, but if I were to be more specific,

I am purposely emphasizing that I am not using my abdominal muscles because there have been situations where people who train their abdominal muscles are not using them.

You may have heard that ``strengthen your abdominal muscles because they are important for lower back pain,'' but I have seen many patients who actually come to the clinic say that they are training their abdominal muscles because they were told this. I'm here.

Even though I am training like this, when I do a muscle strength test, I find that my abdominal muscles are not strong enough.

(This is a DVD of my own muscle strength testing method that I released for therapists. This test method is used to see where force is being applied and where it is not. The normal manual muscle strength testing method is a test to see whether it is strong or weak.)

Even if you are an athlete and have trained a lot, you often don't have enough strength in your abdominal muscles.

If my abdominal muscles were not strong enough, other muscles were working to compensate.

You may be able to move in this way, so you may not think that you are using or not using your abdominal muscles, but if the abdominal muscles you are supposed to use are not working, and you continue to compensate for that with other muscles. what will happen.

As the burden continues to be placed on them, they become unwell.
(I left out a lot of things)

There is only one thing you can do to improve your condition.

``Make sure you can use your abdominal muscles.''

To that end, I have been teaching them how to perform treatments and how to walk.

If you improve the way you walk, you will be able to use your abdominal muscles even without surgery.

When you can use your abdominal muscles, symptoms such as lower back pain, knee pain, stiff shoulders, hernias, tendonitis, sports injuries, and muscle strains commonly improve.

And just by wearing an ankle band, you can strengthen your abdominal muscles .

If it's common that symptoms improve when you can use your abdominal muscles, wouldn't ankle bands be a good idea?

That's what I'm saying.

To be honest, when I developed the product and completed the prototype, I thought to myself , ``Is something like this really going to work?''

I myself thought that it was so simple that I couldn't imagine it being effective.

But when I tried it on, I thought, ``This is amazing. If everyone with medical conditions used this, I think some orthopedic clinics, chiropractic clinics, and other treatment clinics would go out of business.''

I can say whatever I want, so I won't say any more lol

Anyway, the ankle band is recommended for that reason .

If you haven't used it yet, please try it.

Most people feel that there is a big difference in their body before and after applying it.

I will continue to update my blog with content like this, health-related things unrelated to products, and maybe even a little bit about my personal life, so please check it out!
